MANDATORY CODE OF ETHICS TRAINING
FOR NEW MEMBERS
New REALTOR® members shall complete an orientation
program of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics
of not less than two hours and thirty minutes (2 ˝ hours) of instructional
time. This requirement does not apply to new REALTOR® members
who have completely comparable orientation in another association,
provided that REALTOR® membership has been contiguous, or that
any break in membership is for one year or less. Failure
to satisfy this requirement within 365 days of the date of application
will result in termination of REALTOR® membership.

Once you have successfully completed the Code of Ethics
Training requirement, please email or fax your completion certification
that you will receive from NAR to the QAR Office in order for
QAR staff to place in our records that you have completed the
course.
FOR EXISTING MEMBERS
Existing REALTOR® members must keep current on their
Code of Ethics Training by renewing their credit every four years.
